Update: Create better internal reports with your calculator inputs and outputs

We have improved the calculator records available for you to download. You can now download all calculator inputs and outputs for saved cases, and use this information for internal reporting. Find this feature under Team Management.
As default, the download shows a subset of the most useful inputs and outputs so that you can quickly get the information you need. However, if you would like to view all information, you can use the checkboxes to choose to include all inputs and/or outputs.
You'll receive an email with a link to download your results in either CSV or JSON format.

You can then use the data to assess how many cases your team has saved in the calculator and understand more about your customers' circumstances. For example, by looking at the output columns (such as output_universalcredit) you can see how much Universal Credit income your customers are eligible for.

You will be able to download inputs (eg household information) for cases saved in the past, but outputs (eg Universal Credit award) will only be available for cases saved today onwards.

This feature is only available for admin level accounts. To see who has admin level access in your organisation click Team management then Manage users at the top right of the calculator screen. If you have any queries, please get in touch.
Updated: Free support page on Your income and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are continually updating our welfare support page Your income and Coronavirus (COVID-19) to clearly show what support you might get if your income is affected by Coronavirus. Please feel free to link to it on your own websites and other communication channels to help your residents understand what support they are eligible for if they're affected by Coronavirus.
