More councils target support to distribute millions in unclaimed benefits

The impact of real term benefit cuts and overpayments on households
 
This month, Deven Ghelani appeared on LBC to discuss the decrease in real-term value of benefits compared to a decade ago and the impact of this on the poorest households.

We also spoke to The Sun about the £5 billion that the DWP is owed in overpayments and how it highlights the need for simpler application processes.
